Who let the Bully out?!

In an article written by Mickey Meece in the New York Times, it is stated that women in the workplace are responsible for 40% of workplace bullying & violence..."The women appear to prefer their own kind, choosing other women as targets more than 70 percent of the time." The backlash seems to be increasing in the face of the downturned economy. The abuse can be as subtle as sabotage of work projects or as brazen as a full blown 'dressing down' in front of colleagues. Here's more on these bullies that make coming to work like walking into the proverbial Hell.
Wouldn't you think that we had enough demons to fight. Nothing more nastier than in-fighting! The bullies need to be mandated to Yoga and meditation classes.
