I'm back on the stroll {that't blog-stroll, that is} again! Found this great etsy find over at Fog & Thistle. It is irresistably FABULOUS!!! I've tried several times to describe this gem, but finally decided that, "who better to tell us about this treasure than the artist?" So, without further ado, I give you the artist...Marcelo.

"This paper sculpture is part of Marcelocean Series.

Marcelocean is an imagine marine world of Marcelost World.

Marcelost World is an imagine planet (?) created by me...

This paper sculpture was made of thousands of paper pieces and cuttings, and three months of hard work.

No number on clock. You are free to decide the time. For example, it's crab time, or sea horse o'clock...The time may be the less important thing in this sculpture.

Forget the time, relax and enjoy your day.

Note my signature MARCELO sculptured in paper on the clock.

{Beautiful} Design + {Intimate} Swirls = Paper {Magic}

I found this beautiful quilling art while hanging out at The Queen of Re's spot. Always a fan of beautiful paper art, I could not pass up the opportunity to showcase this luscious work of art. The intricate swirls and delicate design are shear visual magic. I look on in a state of wonder...{ I think that I will add this to either this list or this list}

{ INSPIRATIONS }

My very talented friend at High Desert Diva {I digress with good reason--you've got to visit her delicious Etsy site...you'll be hard-pressed to come away without an equally delicious purchase...think 'last minute Christmas items'}, sent me this wonderfully 'awesome' paper art design to add to my collection {thanx, a million}. Like the rest, It is far too magical* to keep to myself.

Some things are just ... {Magical*}

I've always said that the X-generation has overused the word "awesome". Overused to the point that the true magnitude of its meaning has been minimized. I also knew that, there would come a moment; in which, I would encounter something that would completely and utterly encompass the true meaning {in all of its magnitude and magnificence} of this word--and I would not find it befitting to use {because of its over use}. The papercuts displayed below is that time, that moment. And now, I am left having to search for another word that is equally as descriptive as this word 'awesome'- but without its minimalization.
That word...MAGICAL*
