Have you ever awakened, after an otherwise pleasant night's slumber, to a blah self-image? For some reason, the hair that is usually glowing, thick and healthy seems limp, dry and unmanageable. The sun-kissed skin that is usually radiant, clear and subtle seems dry, wrinkled and lifeless. Well this was me this morning...definitely. So with my head down and in the "funk" cloud, I gathered up my work-out gear in a attempt to dispose of the "ugly duckling blues". One hour spinning class & a one hour power yoga class, later...
