Although this summer has been a very productive one for me...herego the absence...

I haven't managed to escape the chaos and shear frustration that results from an unforseen crisis.

Crisis...when the dust settles, they certainly provide you with a frame of reference of where the weakest link lies. And if allowed, it definitely provides insight as to where one's strengths lie.

Now the "day to day" stuff, that's the playground "for big girls only"!

Okay, so I'm not a Duck!

So it's been raining the entire week.
My lawn loves it.
My flowers love it.
My very dirty automobile loves it.

I am just about saturated {pardon the pun} with all of this moisture.
My raincoat, wellies and umbrella have sen far too much action!
I want the sun.
....maybe tomorrow. After all, it is the first day of summer *my fingers are crosssed*

1. All children alarm their parents, if only because you are forever expecting unconditional understanding.

2. Show me a good loser and I will show you a great player.

3. A moment of daydreaming is like eating an entire box of chocolate liqueurs at one time.

4. Too bad that all the people who know how to run the country are busy being pre-judged and attempting to clean up the last administrations BULLSH***T.

5. I have yet to hear a man ask for advice on how to combine a dynamic sporting event and exciting romantic interlude.

6. It is impossible to think of any good meal, no matter how plain or elegant, without a really good wine or a handful of really great friends in it.

7. And as for the weekend, tonight I'm looking forward to finishing up early tonight, tomorrow my plans include getting up early in the AM and Sunday, I want to turn in early!
